UK Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to return it.

Once you have informed us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your proof of purchase / order number.

You must notify us before hand to let us know you are returning an item otherwise we cannot accept it. It is your responsibility to return the goods at your cost. We recommend using a tracked and signed delivery method. 

Sensory / Fidget Toys

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for sensory toys, fidget toys, putties, slime products, stress toys, chewable sensory aids, or similar items once they have been used, played with, opened, or removed from their sealed packaging, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

We recommend inspecting your purchase upon receipt and contacting us immediately if you believe there is a fault or issue with the product.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Returns

You must contact us within 7 days from your delivery date to initiate an international return, and the items must arrive back to us within 14 days from the delivery date.

Important: Before placing an international order, please carefully consider the likelihood of needing to return items. Due to the costs associated with return shipping, customs fees, and import duties, it may not be worth returning an order or part of an order.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees or import duties that may arise during the return process.
