Shipping policy

 

UK Shipping:

We currently use Royal Mail as our designated courier. The following Tracked Services are available at checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 48  (3-5 Working Days) *Following Dispatch

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 Working Days) *Following Dispatch

Our current dispatch times are between 1-2 Working Days. This does not include Weekends and/or UK Bank Holidays.

Please note that other variables such as Bank Holidays, Strikes and Extreme Weather can also impact upon delivery times. 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase. 

International Shipping: (Currently Suspended due to the Implications of Tariffs and New Legislation)

We are excited to begin to roll out International Shipping in 2025! Parcels will be shipped using Royal Mail's International Tracked Service for Small Parcels. Their Worldwide delivery aim is 5-7 working days, following our dispatch of 1-2 working days. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance procedures.

Please note that orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for more information on customs fees and import duties. They will be shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Once, we embed our new International Shipping systems, we will extend our offerings for International Customers, and increase the weight and size of parcels, we are able to ship internationally. 

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
