UK Shipping
We currently use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. The following tracked services are available at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 3–5 working days following dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days following dispatch
Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and delivery aims only. They are not guaranteed delivery times or a promise of when your order will arrive. Delays can occur for reasons outside our control.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including bank holidays, Royal Mail service disruptions, strikes and extreme weather.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently suspended due to the implications of tariffs and new legislation.
We are currently unable to accept or process international orders. We will update this policy when international shipping becomes available again.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that the Royal Mail delivery timeframe selected at checkout is a delivery aim only and is not guaranteed. Selecting Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 does not guarantee delivery within 24 or 48 hours.
