Care and use
Scrunchems are designed to be squeezed, squished and gently stretched in the hand. They aren't designed to be over-stretched, pulled apart, pierced, cut, bitten or chewed, and damage caused that way isn't a manufacturing fault. Keep them clean, dry and away from sharp edges and they'll keep their squish. Printed facial details can fade or rub off, even with gentle handling and normal play. This is expected cosmetic wear with use.
